1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

The registration for the International Convention 2018 starts in the middle of February 2018. To register, access and click on the “register” button. You will enter the page containing the on-line registration form. You can then enter all necessary information as requested and choose your preferred way of the payment for the registration fee.

Payment can also be made through CILT country. Organisations who would like to register their participants in groups and make payment correspondingly need to notify in advance by means of emails or faxes to the IC 2018 Secretariat.

2. METHODS OF PAYMENTS

The payment is to be made in US dollars by bank transfer or online by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) during the online registration procedure.

The payment purpose should contain the name of the participant, as well as the form of payment, for example: John Smith, CILT International Convention 2018.

Please be aware that all of the costs related to the international bank transfer such as bank charges are borne by the participant. You shall pay the whole amount specified on the website.
If you choose your payment method as bank transfer please make the payment of the amount specified above within 7 days.

3. SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If a participant cannot attend the Event, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague at any time. The communication must indicate the cancelled participant and the substitute. The substitute must be from the same organisation and the substitution is free of charge.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

 Full or partial refunding of the registration fee will be granted if the notification of cancellation reaches CILT (UK) – Polska by the respective deadline as outlined below:

5. TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or losses occurred during the event or as a result of it. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance since the organisers cannot be held responsible.

6. REGULATIONS
CILT (UK) – Polska reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any related activities to the CILT International Convention 2018 CILT (UK) – Poland reserves the right to modify or complete at any time the provisions of the present Terms & Conditions.
